City Museum of Wroclaw

|
Wroclaw's newly renovated Baroque Royal Palace has become the new home of the City Museum of Wroclaw - the city's central source of historical artifacts, culture, and art. The permanent exhibition, titled 1000 years of Wroclaw traces the fascinating journey on which this Silesian city has travelled and uses an interactive display of art and artifacts. Several rooms are also dedicated to Silesian art from across the ages. Apart from the comprehensive museum exhibitions, the stunning Royal Palace is no doubt worth a visit in and and of itself with its baroque gardens and regal rooms of Frederick Wilhelm II and Frederick Wilhelm III open for museum visitors. |
