THIS PUB HAS BEEN CLOSED

Occasionally when one finds him, or herself, adrift in a sea of culture shock, there's no better recourse than the comfy confines of a Scottish pub and a surly drinking session with the lads or ladettes. And, as the name suggests (- a veritable beacon for stags), you'll find plenty of that going on here amidst the exposed timbers, kilted lampshades, old photos of highlanders on the walls and chairs carved up from beer barrels. A fireplace in winter keeps the cheeks pink, but nonetheless try to keep the kilts down...

If you wander where to watch the champions league here is your answer! I was there recently to watch MAN U! Great game and great pub. Fresh beer and good atmosphere - especially when your team won!

Warm and cosy - especially in the day like today ;) It's far better stay in rather then out ;) Friendly staff fill your glass so often than you don't really want to go anywhere else!

We tried some Polish beer here and were well instructed about some nice clubs for the night out. We also got a free map with some extra infos. This is a really good place to start exploring the city!

I was there recently to watch the game with Chelsea. What a night, the pub was full, the beer was gold, the game fantastic, looking for the cosy place to watch the football and meet new friends, this is a place to go!

Visited this pub a few times. Was ok, however when the bar workers realized we were tourist the PLASTIC bottle of cola arrived. Everybody else in the pub (locals) were give glass bottles of cola..my partner asked for the glass bottles of cola and was told no!! they made more money from the plastic container.
We laughed it of, but just note this.
