Not so long ago the Bastion Sakwowy on Partisan Hill was a sad facade of crumbling columns and peeling paintwork; but thanks to some smart investor this rather tawdry caterpillar has emerged as a rather splendid butterfly in the form of Prowokacja Restaurant and Nightclub. The colonnaded terrace has shot straight to Wroclaw's no. 1 outdoor drinking venue, whilst descend into the club/restaurant to dine on innovative international dishes or chat up sultry looking sirens at the well-tended bar. Prowokacja is a very stylish new addition to Wroclaw's gastronomic and entertainment scene.
