| | "I've done Sakana twice, and it's been ht or miss. The first time all the food was fresh, there were some creative dishes coming around, and the waitstaff and sushi chef were really friendly. The second time it was the exact opposite. Maybe I caught them on a bad day, but the dishes were rather bland, and both the sushi chefs were none too friendly.
