Novocaina Restaurant

The simplicity of Italian cuisine has its many advocates, and none keener than the owners of this new restaurant on the Rynek. The ideology behind Novocaina is to create pizza and pasta dishes from the very finest quality ingredients and recipes, which is why they only select organic foodstuffs and cook their cuisine with an authentic sandstone oven, fuelled by cherry wood. Impressive stuff! The decor is no let down either, and certainly a bit more inventive than your average Italian joint. A fusion of baroque and modern styles, you'll find vast and slightly sinister oil painting overhanging gilt-framed plasma TV screens.

"I'm forced to admit it is one of the best places in Poland and the very best place in Wroclaw I've been to. Food was impressive, staff really nice and good-looking. In fact interior is a bit over the top, but it's a matter of personal taste (my girlf really liked it) the disco underneath was also cool "

"Cool place. Yup the decor is a bit much when you're trying to have a laid back meal, but then again it's a club too, right? Food was tasty."

"The decor is a bit trippy here, but the food was really good. The waitress could have been a bit more smiley, but everyone's entitled to an off day i suppose. I'd go again."
