The ideology behind Novocaina is to create pizza and pasta dishes from the very finest quality ingredients and recipes, which is why they only select organic foodstuffs and cook their cuisine with an authentic sandstone oven, fuelled by cherry wood. Impressive stuff! The decor is no let down either, and certainly a bit more inventive than your average Italian joint. A fusion of baroque and modern styles, you'll find vast and slightly sinister oil painting overhanging gilt-framed plasma TV screens.
