Wieza Cisnien is an elegant and expertly restored 'Water Tower' south of Wroclaw's main train station. "We used this restaurant couple times and we were very happy with the service. You just need to remember that most of the meals offered (apart from the bistro downstairs) are freshly made according the order so it takes at least 30 min to be ready. Therefore you need to order some starters first. Other solution is to phone with the order first... "

"Definitely this place is worth to be recommended - great cuisine and fantastic atmosphere, great both for business and private meeting! The staff could be a bit quicker that's true but it is not too bad - as long as you are not in the hurry it shouldn't bothered you ;)"

"I have been 3 times there and friends told me the same: food is very good but the service is far too slow if not to say arrogant. I never made it to get a second drink before I finished my second course. waiter simply did not appear. And they never ask u, if anything is missing, glasses and bottles are obviously empty, but they do not care. So if you like to be an active guest and chase the Kellner, then: witam!"
