The restaurant of the saintly Jana Pawla II Hotel on Ostrow Tumski, Cathedral Restaurant takes it's name from its location by St. John's. An elegant affair, patrons are invited to dine on tables decked out in white linen, whilst chandeliers and floor to ceiling windows provide dramatic lighting by night and day respectively. There's even an old gramophone player in the corner if you happen to have some vinyl you fancy dusting off. The menu is a mix of Polish and international faves, with dishes like veal in Gorgonzola sauce guaranteed to tickle the taste buds.
