Once a land of few gastronomical choices outside of kielbasa and potatoes, Poland is rapidly transforming into a respectable hub of international cuisine. Restaurants in Wroclaw, such as this recent addition, are leading the pack allowing us to taste even the most exotic flavours of the world. Indian cuisine in particular is notoriously difficult to pull off in a truly authentic manner, so the people at Indus have imported chefs from both India and the capital of the Indian diaspora, London. Representing a diverse selection of regional styles, the food at Indus is based on recipes passed down from generation to generation, though with its own contemporary twist, of course. An added plus at Indus is the open kitchen, where budding chefs can take a peek into the not-so-hidden secrets of crafting top-class Indian cuisine.
