If hotel restaurants are normally characterised by their blandness and impersonal atmosphere, here's one that begs to differ. Restaurant Art, in the hotel of the same name, is a charming space that boasts bags of character. Metallic white chandeliers hang from a ceiling adorned with billowing drapes, wooden floorboards are offset by woodwork wall-hangings and potted plants breath a little oxygen into the place. Meanwhile the cuisine itself is an interesting hybrid of Polish and international plates, and their Argentinian steak comes particularly recommended. And if you're more in the mood for a snack it's well worth checking out the restaurant's cafe and confectioners.
