Sir William! The very name sounds like the paradigm of reliability, charm and old-fashioned good taste. With the possible exception of the wallpaper, this is exactly what you will find in this intimate space within the Best Western Prima Hotel. The atmosphere is unhurried and sophisticated, the service excellent and the cuisine is everything you would expect from a Knight's table with plenty of meaty treats to get your chops round - in particular a wide variety of game birds (...and that's just the waitresses! Boom boom!). After dinner the cosy Morris bar is on hand with the digestifs.
