I'm sorry to break it to you, but from Easter Sunday to Tuesday truly is the worst time of the year to come to Poland looking for a party! My advice would be to contact a tour company that specializes in stag parties (e.g. http://www.wroclaw-life.com/info/stag-weekends.php ) and ask them to help you organize something fun - they will know what is open, what will be the most fun, and if all else fails, they are great at bringing the party to you! good luck!
