Wroclaw's 140 kilometres of bike paths not enough for you?
In that case you'll definitely want to check out this weekend's Eska Fujifilm Bike Marathon. Wroclaw is the first location of this extended event which will continue across south-western Poland until the end of the year.
The marathon is divided into three levels: Mini for casual cyclists (28km), Mega for you serious bikers and Giga for the boldest of them all (86km). A kids' marathon (1km) will also take place.
The marathon's starting point is at ul. Kłokoczycka in the Psie Pole district, but you'll have to register first. The Registration office will be open on Saturday the 18th from 4pm to 9pm, and on Sunday from 7:30am and is located at the Kłokoczyce Pool on Ul. Kłokoczycka 2.
The marathons begin at 11am on Sunday the 19th with the quickest of the bunch receiving a shiny trophy for their mantelpiece. Not a bad souvenir from your trip to Poland!
