EUR 24.5m for Railway in Poland

The Polish national network manager signed a deal with Bombardier Transportation (ZWUS) Polska that will provide a total of EUR 24.5m for the design, supply and implementation of railway traffic control equipment on the Wroclaw-Legnica section of the E-30 corridor.

The completion of the deal will enable trains to run at about 160 km/h and should be finished in about 36 months.

The E-30 line is part of the third paneuropean corridor that links the cities of Berlin, Dresden, Wroclaw, Cracow, Lvov and Kiev.
