If you're the sort of person that demands class and charm from your accommodation then Wodnik should be high on your hit list. This ancient, ivy-bedecked edifice is a far cry from the concrete monstrosities that house some of Wroclaw's other guest houses, and it's wood panels, sumptuously decorated restaurant and summer patio, overlooking the Odra river, are sure to please the most demanding of visitors. A little out to the East guests are well placed to explore the Zoological Gardens and Hala Ludowa, but face a bit of a walk to the Old Town - ask at reception though, because you can always hire a canoe!
