THE STRANGER HOSTEL IN WROCLAW DOESN'T EXIST ANY MORE!!!

The Stranger Hostel is an essential point of call for all budget conscious travellers arriving in Wroclaw - especially those with a penchant for partying! Unlike some of the old commie youth hostels nearer the centre, the Stranger doesn't have a curfew, which means you don't have to go to bed at 11pm like a naughty school kid on a field trip. Instead you can spend as much time and energy as you want exploring the city's impressive nightlife (admit it: you can barely spell 'culture', let alone feign an interest in it!). Factor in free internet, laundry, lockers and breakfast, plus the use of the famous JuJu Lounge, and you've got accommodation tailor-made for the traveller. So what are you waiting for? Book your place in a Stranger's bed!

The Stranger Hostel

The Stranger Hostel is closed now - however there is a new hostel now in the same place called Babel Hostel.

Stayed here back in 2007. One of, if not the best hostels I've stayed at. I made friends as soon as I walked in and ended up staying in Wroclaw an extra night to hang out and party some more.

Great place! Stayed here a couple of times whilst there on business and its top notch! For a reasonably priced hostel near the centre of Wroclaw, you can't really beat it! Don't be a stranger at Stranger!! Great staff, great service and great atmosphere!

Left my brain here a couple of weeks back. All in all we had a rocking in Wroclaw. We did get some sleep in the end - but at funny hours!

not bad as far as Wroclaw hostels go - in that the Stranger Hostel actually exists, whereas not many others seem to! location by the train station is pretty hand if you're arriving and leaving by train, and is still easily walkable into town. Seemed to be permanently fixing a bathroom when i was there, but it was low season and so the reduced facilities weren't badly missed. Niezle
